Prices

Standard hours (Mon-Fri,8am-6pm)

• £85 for the first 45mins

* £55 per hour after that


Evenings (Mon-Fri,6pm-11pm 

• Time and a half 


Late night (Mon-Fri,11pm-8am)

• Double time


Saturdays

• Time and a half from 8am-6pm

*Double time from 6pm onwards


Sundays & Bankholidays

• Double time all day

Boiler services

• £85


Landlord/Homeowner gas safety inspection

• £85


discounts of 25% if more than 3 are completed for the same client in a year and discount for all 3 will be applied on the final invoice.

Discounts of 50% on safety inspections for any clients with more than 10 properties for us to complete per anum.

 Also the same discount rate for Boiler services.

(Gas safety inspection prices are for up to 2 gas appliences per property and an addition of £20 is applied per gas applience inspected)

Anthony has been servicing my boiler for about 5 years now. Earlier this year, I asked him if he could give me a written quote for a new bathroom, i.e., a shower to replace my bath, a sink in a cabinet, a new bathroom cabinet, replacement flooring and new light. His quote included removal of everything from my property to an authorised waste collection service. His quote was acceptable, and a date was arranged.

Anthony is an extremely tidy and efficient worker. He covered everything from the front door to the bathroom and the work area. Every night he was here, he made sure the area was swept and left clean and tidy.

During the installation, I asked if he could replace the toilet, and he found an ideal replacement.

I am absolutely thrilled with his work and my new bathroom. It was hard because of the size of my small bathroom, but he completed it all without any fuss. A true professional.

I can fully recommend Anthony as he is an extremely highly qualified plumber and bathroom installer.
His work is absolutely top-notch, 10 out of 10 from me.
